Noilly Prat Vermouth Extra Dry is an exceptional vermouth which uses a highly secret infusion of herbs and botanicals to achieve its unique, but classic vermouth taste. Excellent as an apertiv, it is also essential in a classic dry Gin Martini. Noilly Prat may also be used in cooking to achieve marvelous results. (Try using this vermouth when reducing a sauce for fish, or even when preparing a fresh tomato sauce).
