DAB+ digital radio with automatic DAB/UKW switching The DAB+ tuner receives the extensive range of digitally broadcast radio programmes in fantastic quality, free from any interference noise - and not just in Germany, as digital radio is now available in almost all European countries. Seamless blending’ enables uninterrupted reception even if the digital signal is temporarily unavailable. The receiver then switches to the corresponding FM station and back again at lightning speed and practically inaudibly. This listening comfort is made possible by a data buffer that permanently stores the digital and analogue signals of the selected programme and synchronises them when switching.
Convenient Bluetooth hands-free calling and audio streaming The Bluetooth module allows safe phone calls while driving and can be paired with up to two phones simultaneously. The voice quality of the hands-free system is noticeably improved by the use of the external microphone supplied, as well as sophisticated sound processing to improve intelligibility. Thanks to ‘BT Automatic Pairing’, the initial pairing of a smartphone is completely problem-free for both iPhone and Android and is initially carried out once via a USB connection. The smartphone and car radio are then automatically connected via Bluetooth.
